We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was excellent, with a beautiful terrace and magnificent views over the vineyards and the Alsatian plain. The staff were always polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety or special dishes. Nevertheless, our overall experience at this hotel was fantastic.

Perched on a little hill above Ribeauville Le Clos Saint Vincent is nested in the vineyards of Alsace's best wine producing region. The view from this promontory is simply magnificent. The food was delicate and in the best of alsacian and provence traditions(the owner is definitely southern).
Lots of tv stations but, in France, no France2 channel, and this at the time the Tour de France is being held. Also no access to Suisse tv, an important neighbor.

The hotel had stunning panoramic views and the staff were friendly. The food was quite good, with a range of delicious croissants and a fresh juice. The location of the hotel was also excellent, as it was located in an elevated area away from the tourist hotspots.
The breakfast was quite expensive for what it was, with cold eggs and sausage and limited options for meats and cheese. our room did not have air conditioning during a hot Christmas period, which made our stay uncomfortable.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. The location amidst some beautiful vineyards near the top of the mountain was breathtaking. We were able to enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the wonderful town below. The service here was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were luxurious and made us feel right at home, with everything from a cozy sitting area to a well-stocked mini-bar. We were also impressed with the spa and wellness center, which offered a relaxing indoor swimming pool, sauna, and other fantastic amenities. The dining experience was exceptional, with a restaurant that served delicious meals and a bar/lounge area where we could unwind and enjoy a drink. the level of comfort and quality services provided at this place exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had an amazing time during our thanksgiving trip. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the food was simple yet delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close enough to explore the area.
The wifi in the room was a bit spotty, but not a deal breaker. The breakfast selection was good, but the pastries could have been restocked more frequently.

We had one of their less expensive rooms and it felt luxurious. The staff was very attentive. The food excellent, the wine country setting unsurpassed! The area around the hotel is unusually pristine. Altogether one of the best hotel experiences we've had in our France/Italy travels.
No complaints!

Le Clos provided exactly what we wanted which was a base from which to tour Alsace. We were early arriving but were made to feel welcome and provided with a coffee. The staff reamined friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We used the limited spa facilities on offer and were able to leave and return at will.We appreciated the private patio ( not a balcony to the British ) where we could relax in the early mornings and the view was inspiring.
We do not generally take breakfast and are not gourmet diners as we prefer to look for local restaurants and a broad selection of regional dishes. We took dinner once on our first night but the menu was too restricted for our tastes and at that end of the price table. We took breakfast on one occasion and it did not match the price tag. It was probably due to poor planning that we found only an abundance of eggs and one sausage and the continental breakfast was the poorest and most expensive we have ever seen. We also feel the the term "fitness centre" was wishful-thinking and the WiFi reception was generally very poor. In the main we received what we paid for but have had better value for money at that cost.

The rooms are spacious, cool, and exceptionally comfortable, with balconies that allow guests to enjoy the stunning surroundings. High standards throughout the hotel mean that the facilities, service, and breakfast are top-notch. The indoor swimming pool, which opens onto a quiet garden, is a highlight.
